Hello Dear Student,

If you have valid OBC NCL Certificate of Central List then you can use it in any Central Government Entrance Exam.

But According to website of Commissions of OBC SC & ST, JAT is not included in Central list of OBCs, you can check on their official website that is: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/user_panel/centralliststateview.aspx

So please confirm this from any good source, you should cross check the validity of your certificate with officials of SSC by Calling on their helpline numbers or by sending them an email. Or you can also ask to any Govt Official who issue Caste Certificates. If JAT is included in Central List then you can apply easily.

All the Best

Hello,

For SSC you need to submit only the  prescribed format of caste certificate.Visit this link and download the same https://ssc.nic.in/Portal/CertificatesFormat . These certificates have a validity period and it should be only signed form the concerned authority only.

Best wishes.
