I am jharkhand resident..can I get in top 20colleges of comdek or are they reserved for their residents?

No, there is no such reservation in Karnataka. If you can get a good rank in COMEDK, you can easily get admission in the top colleges of Karnataka. For getting the topmost college of Karntaka, your rank must be within the range of 1000.
