I am Jitendra from class 12th science can I change my stream to arts as I am unable to run with science it's difficult same as 11th.

It wouldn't be possible now to change your stream. Its only possible in class 11 when cbse asks for subjects in the starting , also you can change your subject in the starting mo.ths of class 11 but not in class 12.
