I am just give the exam of 12 by commerce so ,which university is better for me in Delhi?

It depends mainly on the course in which you are seeking admission. For admission to degree courses such as B.Com Hons, B.Com Program, BBA, vocational courses, University of Delhi is the best.
IP University is also good.
