So on such rank and category you have very low chances of getting government MBBS seat in any government medical colleges in Karnataka instead of that you can get government seats for MBBS in some private colleges under state quota according to this year's cut-off till Round 2 because till now the closing rank for the category which you have mentioned in the question is 100934 but yes if you go up to 450 marks in NEET then you may have shot at some government colleges but that as well for private MBBS seats.
