Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET.. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
As you have got 190 marks so you might not have a chance for getting the seat in government college but you can get a private college .

With a score of 190 in SC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 335 was required to fetch one a seat in the private medical college in government quota for SC category under the state quota.
