Well you should certainly go for Sardar Vallabh Bhai National Institute of technology. SVNIT is an institute of national importance with an amazing campus and really good infrstructure. The port city of Surat is not as developed as hyderabad but that is only in terms of CSE placements. Electronics and electrical engineering at SVNIT over JNTU anyday.
