Dear Swapnil, you can change your current college to your desired college but there might be few conditions. The new college should have a seat for you and should be willing to take you. The current college should let you go and you might be asked to shell out the course fees as your current college is forgoing a potential candidate for the duration of the course. And again in the new college, you might have to pay the fees again. For his procedure, you will have to contact the Administrations of both the colleges.
