According to the cutoffs of last two years, it has been seen that the marks have been relevantly higher.
As per stats of 2018,the cutoff was 551/720 for both boys and girls.
In the year 2017,the cutoff was 570/720 for boys and for girls 600/720.
So with 503 score your chances are less. You are in a litgle tough spot here.
However there is no harm in trying. So i suggest you do apply but dnt keep it as ur only choice.

Based on 2018 the cutoff was 551 for AFMC.
So your chances are less.
But the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
