As considering your composite mark you have got a decent score, but comparatively less. You must check three parameters before joining any institution; the parameters are a) Placement, b) Faculty and c) infrastructure. My advice to you would be that you should not be biased about any place, instead try to be choosy about the university/institute. I can suggest some colleges because my friends and cousins are either studying there or have passed out.
Lovely Professional University - One of my friends is passed out from here in 2016, now he is working with an MNC as a state head of their sales. Their last year placement also good, the highest package was 21 LPA. Recently Amazon hired few students at a package of 28 LPA. Fortunately, I have the link so sharing with you. Christ University - This university one of the best university in Bangalore. Considering your MAT score chances are less to get here. But you can apply here if you have luck you can get admission.
XIME & VIT - These institutes also good for management studies. Providing good placements and Infrastructure. Maybe here also the MAT score will be an issue. But you are securing a good score in their test then the possibility is high.

According to me there is a long list of colleges in Delhi, which are providing PGDM courses. But if we talk about thetop MBA college in Delhi NCRthen we even cant pick a single name for the same, There is a list of colleges which are competing each other to become best like:

Though in my viewsNDIMoffers a valuable experience to each of it's students, i would like to mention few key highlights that will help anyone understand take an informed decision.
On the other hand there so many colleges who claim for the best MBA college but there are so many factors which proves the same:
These factors are:
Campus:
NDIM is located in the posh green and serene intellectual hub of New Delhi in close proximity of corporate hubs of Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Okhla, Saket, Mohan Cooperative, Greater Kailash. Being adjoing the Air Force Station, Centre for Science & Environment, BSF and ITBP complex, NDIM offers a safe and unique educational environment with Rotary Healthcare and multi specialty Batra Hospital at a walking distance. Entire Infrastructure is wi-fi supported and fully air conditioned with 16 class room, several conference and meeting halls, amphitheatre and auditorium.
Placement:
They have maintained a reputation for consistent performance by achieving 100% placement since its inception.
They have performed consistently when it comes to placements, in spite of the ongoing severe market recession and economic slowdown. Over the years, there has been a manifold increase in the range and quality of companies willing to offer Final Placement/Summer Internship and various Live Project opportunities to NDIM students. This has resulted in students being offered better job profiles as well as higher remunerations.
Over 300 Companies offered placements to NDIM students so far.
Live projects:
Live Projects have been an important part of the learning pedagogy at NDIM. The objective of live projects is to expose the student to hands-on practice of the management theory that they learn in the class room. NDIM has been providing live project opportunities to students within and outside the country in order to give them an exposure to real corporate work environment. Live projects play a vital role in enhancing the overall skill set of students with respect to improving their employability skills to match the industry expectations.

1. Mr. Hashan Haputhanthri, Head (Marketing)-TVS Motors Sri Lanka on 26th November, 2015. A great motivational speaker and coach and Head of Marketing at TVS, Sri Lanka. He conducted a Faculty and Staff Development Programme on Motivation.
Knowledge Session by H.E. Mr. Carlos Duarte, Ambassador of Brazil to India on 20th July 2015 on Business Opportunities in Brazil and outcomes of BRICS Conference.
2. Prof. Patrick Michael Keptner, Chief Executive Officer, Tohatchi Area of Opportunity & Services, Inc., USA visited NDIM on 3rd July 2015 and conducted an FDP on American Best Practices in Management Teaching.
3. Prof. Fon Sim, senior academic, Faculty of Management studies, The University of Nottingham, and delivered an FDP on 8th May 2015 on Best Practices and Latest Pedagogy in Management Teaching. She also shatrd her work in the area of changing consumer needs in the 21st century, changing demographic populations and how this affects consumerism, gender issues in business etc.
