I am married and my husband is a gov't employee,, his salary is not more than 8 lakh but not less than 7 lakh. Now we don't have any property and we don't have any child as well so we are only 2 person in family. So can I get reservation in EWS.

As per the EWS reservation rule, The candidate family has annual income of less than 8 lakhs per annum, also his family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land. You are fully come under this rule, so you are eligible for EWS reservation. Because your family annual income is less than 8 lpa and also youdon't have your own land.
