I am married women having ews certificate based on my husband income.. but in ews certificate there is my father name not my husband name.. because my marital status is unmarried in family I'd.. is it valid or not

From what you have mentioned, you can avail of the EWS quota but you will be unable to do so because you are unmarried in your Family ID. You answered your own question, you cannot avail the EWS quota because you are still dependent on your father according to his EWS certificate.

You need to change your marital status in your ID as soon as possible because this will prove to be a big hindrance in not only government documents but also in medical and health insurance.

Once you update it, you can then avail the EWS Certificate on the basis of your husband's income
