I am MBA Aspirant in IPU University, Maharaja Agrasen was allotted me in First Round, and I'm looking forward for 2nd Round, but due to some personal issues i forget to pay the councelling fee 40000 and last date is over now. is there any possibility or any other way to pay councelling fee 40000.

Hope you are doing well.
Sorry to inform you but private instituitions won't allow you with such relaxations. If you dont pay the fee before the deadline, then you won't be allowed for the next levels. I would recommend you to apply to some other colleges for MBA.
