i am mechanical engineer and then i completed M.Tech in same field. i have 2.5 years of teaching experience in ENGG College. i want to transform my career into management now. so, is it worth to do full time MBA at the age of 31 years? please reply

It's not too late. If you're really interested in management then you can go for it. Besides this, if you want to continue any job, then it will be good if you do part time MBA. Otherwise you can do full time MBA. During placement, you can face some questions regarding your decision of doing management at the age of 30, or something else. But these doesn't matter so much, all you need is to have good leadership and managerial skills.
