If you want to go for Information Technology, then I would recommend you to go for the BTech in Information Technology. The reason behind it is that BTech in IT is a more elaborative and industry relevant course compared to that of BSc in IT. The BSc in IT course is basic of the core IT and after completion of the BSc IT, the positions available aren't as good as BTech IT in terms of career growth or salary. So if you want to go for a field with more prospect in terms of career, then I would recommend you to go for the course of BE/BTech in Information Technology.
