The eligibility criterion's aren't increased in short period. So you should not worry about this, the eligibility condition will remain the same and even if it changes then also the previous year batches will get the chance to appear with the old eligibility criterion.
But there are no such probabilities available for the change of Qualifying marks in Board for NEET.
NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%

Here is the eligibility criteria for PCB candidates for applying for NEET examination-
The General category aspirants must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40%. Moreover, the Candidates should have passed Class 12 with physics, chemistry, biology and English as compulsory subjects.
