Dear Student ,
As you are a new Student in CSE , first if all , you need to have a good Logical as well as problem skills .. and have a good knowledge in Discrete Mathematics, Set Theory and Relational Algebra .
Then , you need to study any one Basic Programming Language like C or Java .. With OOPs concept , and you can develop your coding skills only by practicing different type of codes and learning Data Structure and Algorithms .
Some well known Online Coding Platform is : Hackerrank, Hackerearth, Leetcode,Codechef, Coding Ninjas etc.
You can learn the basic concepts about coding , like their features , data types , Functions and OOPs concepts from the following websites :

- Javatpoint
- Tutorialspoint
- Programiz etc.
