I am non psychology student so i want to prepare for ma psychology entrance exam and crack the du entrance exam 2020 so if I start now how much time it will take to prepare for exam one book reference too I want please help me out in this

Usually M.Sc degrees donot require you to hold an undergraduate degree of the same stream. For example you could have done undergrad in physics and still do post graduation in psychology.
As a consequence of the above fact, most post graduation entrance test will consist of general stuff. It is usually comprised of General Knowledge, Logical reasoning, English. This test is not as hard when compared to other entrance tests.
