Hello,

If you are born in Andhrapradesh and completed your 10th from Andhrapradesh. Only study 12th in j&k then you can written in NEET examination domicile certificate from Andhrapradesh dear . You are not domicile candidate from j&k. You are a domicile candidate of Andhrapradesh.
