I am not able to change my state of eligibility in NEET form . Can anyone help me please ?

Dear Sandeep,
Once entered the state of eligibility in the Neet form then there is no chance for changing it.
But if you really want to change it you could either contact the neet authority's or you could send a post to the director Neet along with valid documents of eligible state.
