The last date to change the category on your NEET registration form was 31st May 2019 . And now there is no update to when the form editing will begin again, and since the counseling is about to start now there won't be any more announcement for changes in the application. Sorry but now you have to sit in the counseling with the category that you have mentioned earlier.
