i am not able to edit my preferences at the cet portal for cap round 2.please tell me a way i can do so.

hello Mukesh hope you are doing well
this problem seems to happen to many people so don't get panic
this mainly occurs when traffic is more and thus site gets crashed
server becomes down
try it after certain interval and it will definitely work
