Facing issues with seat allotment fee payment due to heavy traffic is common during counselling.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Try Again Later: The website might be experiencing high traffic. Try to access it after some time, preferably during off-peak hours.
  2. Check for Updates: Keep an eye on official notifications or social media handles of the counselling authority for any updates or extensions.
  3. Contact Helpline: If the issue persists, contact the counselling authority's helpline for assistance. They can provide specific guidance or solutions.
  4. Time Management: Be prepared with all necessary details and try to complete the payment process quickly to avoid session expiry.

Don't panic. Many candidates face similar issues. Stay calm and follow the suggested steps.
