I am not able to reach to step 3, the form is not submitting despite of showing 100% info filled, what can be the reason ?

You must have filled incorrect details or some details mught b emisisng.
You can check whatever is marked in red shall indicate that the articular information us in correct or incomplete.
You can re verify or resubmit using Google Chrome browser with stable internet connection over 1mbps.
