I am not any post card size photo in neet exam centre. what can I do?

Neet examination 2021 is very close it will be held on 12th of September 2021 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.. as per the instructions your dress code should be proper and according to the guidelines. In the examination centre You only need to bring your admit card, your one passport size photo which is same as uploaded during registration, PWD certificate if any, and a valid ID proof.
Sorry to say you actually your question is not clear enough. Postcard size photo not needed in the examination centre. But you should have at least one passport size photo same as on the admit card. It was in the guideline also that you should have the same photo. However if you don't have the same copy try to to recover this photo from your Photoshop or try to download it from anywhere or crop it down and print out. Click on the link below to know more
