I am not apperaring 1 round counselling and I am not submit fee of counselling then second round start I will seat for counselling in 2nd round I am a mba fddi and my cmr 213 and obc category 51 rank
Your question is not quite clear but I think you are asking that you had not appeared in first round of counselling and also had not submitted fees. And whether you can apply for second round of counselling.
let me tell you this straight forward that you are rank in common merit list is quite good and you have high chances of getting a college of your choice but you made a mistake. a person who has not appeared in first round of counselling and has not paid fees cannot apply for second round of counselling. second round is only for those people who have not got a seat in first round allotment. Therefore you should have applied for first round.
