i am not given my 12 exam on March 2020 because I am not well but I have to given in July section can I appear in July.

Neha, as you have not appeared in main exams of 12th boards so it is considered to be fail in the subject in which you have not appeared, now you can appear for July session which is referred as compartment exam.
You should appear for compartment exam in July month.
