Hello,
You can still participate in the phase 2 counselling. Candidates who are not satisfied with the seat allotment in phase 1, who did not get seat in phase 1, who want to opt better option can participate in phase 2 counselling. If you get seat in phase 2 counselling then previous seat allotment stands cancelled you cannot claim that seat again.
