I am not having an OBC certificate, but my father have. Can I fill obc in caste group for nda exam.

If you're about to make your obc non creamy layer certificate for the NDA examination to get reservation on the basis of your category then it's totally vain.

As you must be knowing that the NDA examination is conducted by UPSC to recruit candidates in various armed forces. So in this exam there's no such reservation is provided to the candidates according to their category as like in other exams.

The only thing matters in this exam is that you've to qualify the written exam firstly and then SSB interview and the candidates who are able and have the potential to qualify the two stages get admitted in the exam.

If your father belongs to the category of Other backward caste you also belong to that same category and can get your certificate made if you do not fall in the creamy layer i.e., if your income is less than 7lakhs per annum. You can apply for this certificate and take the benefit of only age relaxation as there is no separate reservation in NDA.

NDA examination conducted by UPSC for entry to Indian armed forces, Indian Air forces and Indian Navy through the National Defense Academy, Pune. It will not matter whether you fiil your OBC certificate or any other certificate as there is no reservation in the prestigious Institute. All the candidates are considered equal only the fittest and best individuals qualify into the forces. The examination is completely merit based and is held two phases which are written and SSB interview.
