Dear Sir/Ma'm, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to various medical institutions all across India was held on the 5th of May 2019. The qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. Class 11 knowledge is very necessary for NEET. What you can do is wait for the answer keys to be out and then you can tally and find out your predicted score.
