Hi Dear,

EWS certificate conditions are seen on you family. You ‘family’ includes the following:

The person seeking the reservation.
Your parents.
your siblings below the age of 18 years.
Your spouse and children below the age of 18 years

You can get the EWS certificate from your local government authority in your name.
