Yes, in accordance with UGC regulations, you are permitted to pursue two degrees simultaneously in India: one from an ordinary and the other from a distant. Anybody can enrol in two courses, one in regular mode and the second degree in distance mode, per the New Education Policy 2020. Both are good for the same academic year that is specified on your certificate.
