I am now in class 10th.is it write time to decide about my carrer(what to do in future)?

Yes, it's right time to decide .
This is because,
What you pursue after your 10 will greatly decide your career.
For example,
If you want to become a doctor, but if you a stream like Humanities after 10th for your 10+2 , then you won't be able to be a doctor as for the same you need to complete your 10 + 2 in science stream with PCB. So, you need to decide right now and then accordingly choose your course for 10 + 2 and thus for your career.
After your 10th , you can go for following options :-

You have to choose any one of science Commerce , Arts/Humanities streams.
---------------------------) Science :- The science stream can be further divided into 3 groups depending upon the subjects one chooses

****** Non medical :- Science with PCM i.e physics, chemistry , maths group. There's no biology in PCM group.
You should basically choose this if you want to pursue engineering/architecture etc in future.

****** Medical :- Science with PCB i.e physics, chemistry biology.
You should choose PCB group if you want to get into medical field like mbbs, bds, nursing etc in future .

****** PCMB :- You can even go for science with PCMB i.e physics Chemistry Maths and Biology if you are interested in studying both Maths and Biology in your 10+2. But yes, it becomes a bit difficult to handle both biology and Maths.
One advantage of choosing pcmb is after 10+2 you can go for both medical courses like MBBS, bams, nursing etc and non medical courses like engineering as well.
--------------------------) Commerce :- You get to study subjects like Accounts, Business studies, Economics & Maths ,Commerce etc. If you want to become a chartered accountant, company secretary, financial advisor etc in future, then commerce is for you. In commerce you acquire commercial knowledge required for business.
---------------------------) Arts :- If you like subjects like history, polity etc then you can go for Arts. You get to study subjects like History, Geography, Literature, Political Science, economics etc. You should go for arts if you aspire to get into Journalism, literature,languages, history, psychology etc.
>>>>>>> Polytechnic / Diploma : - After your 10th you can go for diploma courses in various branches of Engineering like mechanical, Electrical, Civil etc on the basis of your interest.

Now, out of all these options which should you go for depends upon:-

Yes, it is the right time for you to think about your future. You have to choose your stream accordingly. Because if you want to become a pilot, doctor, or engineer then the science stream is necessary because for pilot and engineer, physics and mathematics are essential to take and for the doctor, PCB is essential to take. So, you have to be very careful in choosing the stream to make your dream successful. If you wish to become an accountant in the future then you can take the commerce stream.
So just act according to your future goals and you will be well on your way.
