Hello Aspirant,
I won't be a problem if you don't have prerequisite knowledge about coding.
I personally know some of my batchmates who couldn't even turn off the laptop in the first year but after 3 years are quite good at coding and are performing well in various coding competitions like CODE CHEF and GOOGLE CODE JAM etc.
You can learn anything if you find it interesting and programming is one such thing. Programmers learn every day and strive to be perfect.
Programming has nothing to do with which background you belong to, it’s all about thinking and implementing your ideas. If you like technology, you should learn to code. You’d enjoy it!
