Hello Vanam,

The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.

For State Quota (Category A), There are 921 governement medical seats and 1,050 private medical college seats in Telangana. With 446 marks, you may not be able to get a seat as this year the cut offs are higher and the competition is quite vigorous. Keep alternative career options and wait for the rank list. But chances are very slim. All the best!
