According to your rank it's possible that you will get the college away from your home city,you can check through college predictors,or you can wait for next round counselling.

You are eligible for the 15% AlQ which means you can get a college is other state according to your rank. However I can't assure you whether you will be able to get a seat in Karnataka with 528 marks since a very high score is required if you want to get a seat through AIQ still let's hope for the best, may be you can get admission in 2nd round of counselling. Hope this helps.
