It's quite difficult to predict whether you will qualify or not as JEE main qualifying cutoff to be eligible for JEE advanced examination keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-

*number of students that appeared in the  jee main exam,

*kind of marks obtained by them ,

*toughness level of the jee main examination for different shift etc.

But yes,

As per previous year trend. JEE mains 2021 expected qualifying  CUT OFF percentile to be eligible for JEE advanced  is given below for different categories  :-

From above it is clear that, last year qualifying cut off for obc  category was 72.8887969 and expected jee main 2021 cut off for obc is 70 - 75 percentile . So with 65 percentile, you hold a low chance to qualify JEE main 2021 to be eligible for JEE advanced examination

So, I would suggest you focus on your preparation for May session of jee main so that you can improve your score   ,  go through chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.To help you in your application you can use our jee main knockout for which link is provided below
