Hello Selvaraj,
Considering your NTA percentile your probable category rank is a under 1,38,792 (calculated using Career360 rank predictor : https://engineering.careers360.com/percentile-predictor-result/1094?s=60306396731548351351 ). It will change after the second edition of Jee Mains Exam. With this rank it's difficult to say if can qualify for JEE ADV. Final confirmation is possible only after the April exam. Cutoff will also be availabe after that. As of now I can say for you it's hard to be eligible for JEE ADV. But, you have more option to increase your percentile in next exam. So, Good luck for the next exam.
It is difficult to predict the cut-off the official cutoff is released on the basis of the two exams .Since the other exam of jEE mains conducted on April. They consider two exams best score is considered and then they will give cutoff for jEE advance .
If you want to calculate the rank use this formula.as you in question 68.45 if it is percentile calculate the rank.
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
If the score you mentioned in the question is marks then go for rank predictor:

.
If you got rank below 224000 then only you are eligible for the jEE advance exam which was held on the month of may.but this may differ from the official cutoff and rank which was released officially on the month of April.
If you have any questions further let me know.
Thank you!!!
