Yes obviously you can get a good a college.  As you are from obc category so there is obviously reservation for you.

Iit is a far option but it is sure that you can get an NIT.

As you've mentioned that you've scored 96.3 percentile in your JEE Mains 2020 examination. Through this your general rank can be around 32,150-32,250.

And also as you're from OBC your rank would be around 8,030-8,090.

Your chances of getting CSE in top NITs are quite difficult but getting the same branch in some lower colleges are highly possible. At this much rank you can get CSE in a very good college.
