I am passed 12th 68% so kya mai BCA or MCA private (WITHOUT GOING COLLEGE) kar sakta hu. (NO OPEN, OR DISTANCE LEARNING)

I'll sorry to say as per your question it's no where across the world is possible to do any graduation without going to college while only way you have either accept for full time degree or go for distance learning
