I am passed out BE in 2015, since then I was freelancing online to support myself. Now I am preparing for GATE 2020, is it a good decision?
GATE 2025: Syllabus | Sample Papers
Hi there,
Do not worry about the gap.
There are a lot of people who are preparing for GATE for more than 7-8 years and still haven't cleared it yet.
And you can get placed once you clear your GATE 2020 exams. No one minds the gap.
As long as you're studying, you are still eligible for placements and studying a Ph.D. abroad.
And I would say it is a good decision that you took for the preparation of GATE 2020 besides completing courses and freelancing. In fact, all these are boosters which would help you to get placed easily.
Be focused on your goal and all the best for your GATE exams
