Yes, you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination even if you have passed your 12th board examination in 2002.
This is because,
There is no upper limit for Neet 2021 examination and also there is no specific year in which one has to pass the class twelfth Board Examination to be eligible for neet.
but what is your aggregate percentage in PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination?
To be eligible for neet you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category , or at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible. So, if you fulfill this percentage requirement in PCB as per your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination regardless of the fact that you have passed in 2002.
