Yes you can pursue bsc forestry. Bachelor of Science in Forestry is a four-year undergraduate program that is divided into eight equal semesters. It provides students with the knowledge and training about Forestry. Forestry program trains students in the managing of forests, new plantation, maintaining old plantations and other natural resources.



The main aim of forestry studies is the creation and implementation of systems and framework for the sustainable continuation of forest resources and supplies and to make sure that the non-renewable sources do not get extinct. During the program, students are offered theoretical and practical knowledge regarding forestry and other related fields.Candidates aspiring for admission to the course are required to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria.



  • 10+2 in the Science stream, completed from a recognized educational Board.
  • A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
  • Candidates appearing in their final 10+2 exams are also eligible to apply for the course on provisional basis
