i am pcmb student but failed in maths can i apply for b pharma with pcb

It only matters if you've already passed your mathematics exam by passing the compartment paper in mathematics. Your desire to apply using mathematics will only be acceptable if you pass your mathematics exam; if you continue to fail, your application will not be accepted. Then you can submit an application using any other PCB paper.
