I am persuing btech in chemical engineering in Bansthali Vidhyapith University, Jaipur.I have done my first year,but now i want change my college.I want to take admission in iit and nit or best government college in btech chemical engineering in 2nd year . Can I take,how?, suggest some best college

See, IIT/NITs generally not allow students for lateral entry admission , but some state govt/private colleges may allow for lateral entry i.e. admission in directly 2nd year of B.Tech.
Now , there are some conditions to take admission through lateral entry like , you need to hold a min 3 years diploma in relevant subject after 10th or 12th .
Now, as you are done with your 1st year , so you have the following options, you can choose any one as per your interest :
- If you have done your 12th , apply for JEE Advanced , to get admission in IITs and start studying B.Tech from 1st year. Check JEE ADVANCED eligibility here : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-eligibility-criteria
- If you have done diploma, apply for state Entrance exam for Lateral Entries to grab a chance to get admission in 2nd year
- Complete the B.tech in the college where you're studying now (only if the above options are not eligible for you)
