The set parameters for Lecturer :-
You should be master in degree.
B.ED or M.ED you should pass.
PHD in your main subjects.
English communication will be strong
good in personality.
Cleared the NET exam and GRF if possible
leadership quality and having the good presentation skills.

You can simply apply to national importance collegrs ljke IIITs, IITs and NITs.
You also need to apeear for NET/SET and should have suitable teaching experience for government lectureer jpbs like Assistant Professor grades.
Suitable valid score in SET/NET is preferred for such job opportunities.
