Very first thing is that you have not mentioned the name of application where you are facing such issue so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately.

Now secondly, there is nothing to worry because you said that you are currently pursuing your degree and not yet completed so qualifying examination would be of Intermediate, so you were right, there is nothing to change and when you will complete your degree then your qualifying examination would be your degree.
