Yes of course you are eligible for admission in MBBS course through NEET under PwD category. As you have disability of more than 40% so you will be considered under PwD category and you will be eligible for 5% horizontal reservation across all categories including Unreserved seats as well, so you will surely get the advantage of PwD reservation and the cut-offs are also quite low for PwD candidates. Also you should have proper valid PwD certificate to prove your disability and it should be issued by the recognized health center or doctor.
