Hey Applicant
Here is all that you need to know about computer science engineering
Computer Science Engineering is a course that deals with design, implementation, and management of information systems of both software & hardware processes. A computer scientist specializes in theory of computation and design of computational systems. Computer Science engineering aids with various disciplines such as electrical and electronics engineering , information technology , software engineering , and more.
Computer Science Engineering courses are offered at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the form of B.E, B.Tech, or M.Tech degree programmes.
The eligibility criteria for computer science UG Course B.E or B.Tech varies for different universities. Some universities provide admission on the basis of merit obtained from a 10+2 score while others follow entrance exam screening criteria to evaluate students’ candidature. However, students can find the common eligibility rules for computer science courses such as B.E or B.Tech below:
Candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent marks from physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects. (75 percent marks in 10+2 in case of NITs , IITs , and GFTIs)
Candidates must have successfully cleared the entrance examination required by the university they want admission to.
Candidates who successfully pass the entrance exam must participate in the counselling for admission to various B.Tech or B.E degree programmes specialising in computer science.
Entrance such as JEE MAINS, BITSAT etc.
Candidates have various career options after completing computer science engineering courses. Candidates can find employment in various sectors of the computer science industry such as IT, telecommunication, database management, multimedia, android development, web development, gaming, UI and UX designing , embedded systems, and more.
