Hello!

It depends on a lot of factors- Is your college flexible in terms of attendance? Are you a part of extracurriculars also? Do you have to travel a long distance to college daily?

You can definitely prepare for NEET while simultaneously doing BSc, but remember you have to be very sincere and not waste time at all. Since the first year BSc syllabus is quite similar to 11-12th syllabus in most colleges, you need not worry. It will be pretty hectic and you may have to work harder than those who are staying at home and preparing. Choose a college which is not strict about attendance. You can consider taking a drop also as this gives you more time to study but make this decision very carefully. All the best!
